Made in honor of my beautiful mother, who loved flowers. Stargazer lilies were among her favorites and were prominent among the flowers used during her memorial service. Some flowers are upside down, others are right side up, and they are placed against a black background. The image conveys the feeling of disorientation, grief, but also beauty in loving someone so deeply and losing them.
